Neal J. Zimmerman, M.D is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Thomas Jefferson University's five year B.S./M.D. program. He completed his Internal Medicine internship at Hahnemann Medical College Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at Cornell University-New York Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Neal Zimmerman has further distinguished himself by not only participating in clinical research, but initializing several key studies, including the use of medication to stop hemorrhaging in the eye associated with trauma.
Amy Y. Tso, M.D. is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University. She graduated medical school from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, interned at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and completed her Ophthalmology residency at Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.Doctor Tso specializes in General Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Connecticut Society of Eye Physicians.
